SEAWOLVES COLLEGE SHOWCASE TOURNAMENT (SOLD OUT) + PROSPECT

Our ESC Jr SeaWolves 17U baseball team is hosting the SeaWolves College Showcase tournament with 9 games at UPMC Park, home of the Double-A Affiliate Erie SeaWolves.  College coaches within a 2 hour drive will be invited to attend and be given access to players throughout the event.

WHO: Open to all high school age teams with players (17U MAX) as of May 1, 2025).

WHERE: The 6 pool play games will be held at UPMC Park along with the semi-final and finals. The first round of bracket play will be held at at PSU Behrend.  https://www.milb.com/erie/ballpark/upmc-park

COST: $1,000 per team

NOTE: 6 teams only. 3GG if weather permits. TEAM MUST REGISTER AND MAKE PAYMENT TO SECURE THEIR SPOT.  Tournament will start Friday with first game.

Players will be measured on the following metrics (same as MLB Combine) by AHN Sports Performance Strength and Conditioning  Specialists coordinated by AHN’s Director of Sports Performance and former MLB Strength and Conditioning Coach Frank Velasquez and our Jr SeaWolves staff. 

Metrics tested:

• 90 ft sprint
• Grip  strength
• Vertical jump
• 5-10-5 shuttle
• Exit velocity off a tee
• Pitching velocity and spin rate

Certified metrics from our 3rd party professionals will be provided in a PDF report and emailed to contact on registration along with the College and University Coaches that sign up to attend the showcase or receive information. Certified metrics from professionals like AHN can be invaluable for college recruiting and a marketing tool for your athlete.

WHEN: 3:00 TO 7:00 PM. Athletes will be issued times to arrive.

COST: $100.00 per athlete

Come check out the next class of up-and-coming athletes at the 2025 prospect clinic and showcase tournament! Coaches are provided access to the athletes during the clinic and before and after the showcase games.

• Event admission bracelet to attend the prospect clinic and all showcase games
• Welcome bag
• Copy of players report with all metrics from prospect clinic via email after the event

Our ESC Jr SeaWolves 8U-13U baseball teams are hosting 7 days of spring  training double headers for each age group in the Erie Sports Center dome. Each event includes 2 games in roughly 2.5 hours.  Events are listed below along with a registration link. Teams will be added to the website for each event after their spot is secured.
