• SCHEDULE: Games are scheduled and tracked through Gamechanger. Follow your age group below. We will update the playoff bracket shortly after games conclude on Saturday. Monitor game changer to see your bracket. Our volunteers will do our best to get it updated as quickly as possible. We cannot add games to Gamechanger until seeding is finished but playoff format is listed below.
• RULES:  Link listed below. We play real baseball rules. Bats are USSSA/USA for 8U-12U. 13U and 14U are WOOD BAT. Wood bats need to be a made from a single piece/billet of wood.
• Admission:  There is NO admission or gate fee. HOWEVER please keep dugouts clean and pickup after yourselves. Our teams will be monitoring your field and will expect you to clean up.
• General Event Rules:
  • Alcohol, smoking and drugs are NOT ALLOWED at the event. This is a kids event, not an NFL tailgate. People will be removed if intoxicated. 
  • Outside food or drink is allowed and food trucks will be available. Food truck schedule is posted online for additional food and a map will be updated closer to the event.
  • Parents will need to bring chairs. Some fields do not have bleachers.
  • Clean up all trash or items left behind. We teach our teams that it is important to leave a facility as clean or cleaner than  when you arrived.
  • Warm ups can occur in open baseball fields or areas.
  • PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SIT BEHIND HOME PLATE ON ANY FIELD OR DUGOUTS. 
  • Be respectful to the umpires, coaches and other parents or players. Coaches, parents or players will be asked to leave the facility if they are out of line. We are 0 tolerance for disrespectful behavior and this will be at the directors/officials discretion.
  • The Coach's Responsibility: The head coach is ultimately responsible for maintaining control of their sideline and fans. If a spectator is ejected, the officials will direct the head coach to get the spectator to leave the premises. If a parent is warned or ejected, and the head coach does not assist with removing the parent or deescalating the situation they will be ejected with them. 
  • Professional Behavior: We expect coaches to keep their parents professional. Parents are NEVER allowed on the field during a contest. This will lead to immediate ejection. Parents will be warned once for heckling or trash talking players on field. After the first warning parents will be ejected.
  •  The Forfeit Rule: If an ejected adult refuses to comply and leave the vicinity (out of sight and sound) of the playing area, the official/director can and will issue a forfeit to the offending team. 
  •  The "Sight and Sound" Boundary: An ejected individual cannot simply move to a different part of the bleachers or surrounding field. They must leave the surrounding grounds or be completely removed from the visual and audio confines of the competition space. 
• FOOD TRUCKS AND VENDORS: Are located south of the pond on the map below. 
• RAIN: We play through rain. In torrential downpour we may pause play. In the event of lightning, teams will need to seek shelter. Game clocks CONTINUE during a pause in play.

Our Jr SeaWolves baseball teams are hosting the Salute to Service wood bat outdoor tournament at the Harborcreek Community Complex. This event honors all of our first responders and military. We encourage teams to wear patriotic uniforms that honor first responders and service men and women. Our events are extremely popular and sell out quickly. We do not expand age groups. 3GG if weather permits.

WHERE: Harborcreek Community Complex in Erie Pa (5850 Firman Rd Erie, PA 16510)

COST: $290 SPRING FEVER SALE FOR REMAINING SPOTS (Normally $490)

Registration includes: umpires, game balls and all kid pitch ages will have pitching mounds. 2 balls are provided per game. Lost balls or homerun balls must be equivalent to a Rawlings ROLB1 or Wilson A1010.

Teams must register first and will be sent a separate payment link after being accepted into the event. Payment is due upon receipt or the reservation will not be held.

NOTE: 6 teams only per age group. TEAM MUST REGISTER AND MAKE PAYMENT TO SECURE THEIR SPOT.  Tournament will start Friday night with first game. 11U will play under the lights.

$25 FROM EACH TEAM'S REGISTRATION WILL BE DONATED TO  NW PA K-9 SEARCH AND RESCUE  https://www.nwpak9sar.org/.

A: Experienced Travel Teams

B: Travel teams looking for higher competition

C: Newer travel teams or all-star teams
