WHO: 10U TO 12U TEAMS AGE AS OF 5/1/2027

WHEN: October 17 and 18

10U: 46/65' fields and two fields in dome

11U and 12U: 50/70' fields and two fields in dome

BATS (not the ones that fly!): No Restrictions! USSSA.

Cost: $375 per team (includes 1 umpire and game balls)

Teams must register first and will be sent a separate payment link after being accepted into the tournament. Payment is due upon receipt or the spot will not be held.

We do not accept all teams. This is because some teams have been banned from our events due to unprofessional behavior.

Payments must be received to hold spots.

We welcome vendors to set up tables to advertise products during our tournament. Vendors  should have products that appeal and are appropriate for baseball families. Successful vendors in the past have been sports equipment suppliers, earring sales, apparel sales. Vendors can sell food goods but the ESC will have its concession stand open and we ask not compete directly. 

We ask that vendors provide a $30 donation for the table.

Vendors must bring their own tables/exhibits. Exhibits larger than 3'x6' standard table email info@eriejrseawolves.com for approval

Tournament time: 8:00am to 9:00 pm Saturday and 8:00 am to 9:00 pm Sunday

Setup time: Doors open at 7:00 am

For the Howling Dead Tournament we ask vendors to match the theme. Be creative, hand out candy or decorate your table!
